Senator Vivian Figures leads rally for Women's Rights in Anniston on the 2 yr anniversary of Roe v Wade being struck down by the Supreme Court

• What: Women's Rights Rally

• When: Monday, June 24, 2024 at 12:00 (please arrive by 11:45)

• Where: The Jim and Shirley Justice Center, 812 Noble Street, Anniston, AL 36201
  

• Order of events:
  

• Senator Figures will speak to our group around 12:00 pm

• We will then rally on the corner of Noble Street and Hwy 202, just outside HQ with our signs for a photo op.

• Return to HQ for a light lunch and a question/answer session with Senator Figures.

Sheila Gilbert, Chair, CalCoDems, will present Senator Figures with a donation for her son, Shomari Figures, who won the Democratic nomination for the newly-drawn seat in District 2. Others interested in donating to his campaign are welcomed to do so.
