ATTN CALCODEMS!! The Calhoun County Democrats plan to attend a Calhoun County Town Hall Meeting | 10/19/23 - at the Anniston Meeting Center. Please make plans to attend and participate in this community event - and discuss topics on important issues - as listed below.
"The NAACP, Alabama New South Coalition, and Alabama Democratic Conference will collaborate for an evening of community engagement and enlightenment.
The panelists will be State House Minority Leader Representative Anthony Daniels, State House Representative Barbara Boyd, Calhoun County Commissioner Fred Wilson, Anniston City Councilwoman Ciara Smith, and Anniston City Councilman Demetric Roberts
The Town hall meeting will take place on Thursday, October 19th , 2023 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM , CT at Anniston City Meeting Center located at 1615 Noble Street Anniston, AL 36201
The goal of the evening will be to have discussions with community residents on important issues; such as: resource allocation, planning, legislation, infrastructure, homelessness, and food disparity to name a few.
