Hello, Postcard Writers! We’re at it again! We have a rare opportunity to flip a seat in the US House of Representatives. Democrat JOSH WEIL is running in the Special Election in Florida’s 6th Congressional District, a seat vacated by MAGA Republican Michael Waltz when he was selected to be Trump’s National Security Advisor. Special elections are all about turnout and your friendly, informative postcard could be just the thing that gets a voter to the polls and helps to bolster Democrats’ chances to regain a majority in the House. It’s an easy way to get involved and do something to push back during these trying times.
No experience is required
Headquarters is open every Wednesday from 10 til 4 with the supplies you will need to write as few or as many postcards as you like. No experience is required. We provide instructions, postcards, pens and markers, a script, and addresses of potential voters. We’ll also have snacks to keep you fueled for this important work! Special postcard stamps are available at the post office for $0.56. We do ask that you provide postage for the cards you write or make a donation to cover those costs.
Time is of the essence!
Whether you have written with us before, or you want to give it a try for the first time, we invite you to join us! Early voting for this race begins on March 22 and the election is on April 1st, so time is of the essence! If there is interest, we can schedule other days and/or times for your convenience.
