At the age of 21, Ciara Smith was the youngest ever elected official in the city of Anniston, not just as Council member of the 3rd Ward, but as Vice Mayor as well. "I encourage you to get out and vote. Representation matters. That is why this year I am pledging my support to so many Democratic Candidates who I know have our best interest at heart."
