The community is invited to meet these committed candidates and join us for a 'pitch-in pot-luck' dinner at HQ, 812 Noble Street, Thursday, July 16 at 6 pm. For the FIRST TIME in a very LONG TIME - we have a full slate of candidates. Each of these women are well equipped for the positions they are running for. As voters, we must support their campaigns any way we can. We all know it's not cheap to run for office and we know Democratic candidates pockets are not 'deep' like the opposition party. It's up to US to help THEM get elected so THEY can work for US to make Alabama a better place for us and our children to live!
